Based in Toronto, I offer virtual 1:1 private coaching to athletes around the world, from beginner runners to seasoned veterans.

Philosophy

Performance is both a metric and a mindset. My coaching is grounded in research and built on proven principles - 80/20 structured training, recovery, progressive overload - while prioritizing arriving healthy and happy to the start line.

My approach is about finding joy in the journey and creating consistent habits to build long-term progress.

Experience

I’ve had the honour to compete as an elite marathon runner on national and international stages under the guidance of high-performance coaches and Olympian mentors.

I am currently completing my certification as a Performance Coach through the National Coaching Association of Canada.
